IMPORTANT INFORMATION CONCERNING E-MAIL ENQUIRIES
After contacting us via the contact form on this page, we invite our customers to check carefully that:
1) after pressing the “send” button on the contact form, the following confirmation message appears immediately: “Thank you for contacting us, we will reply as soon as possible”
2) our reply message (usually very timely, within the 24 hours following the request) has not ended up in your junk mai. This verification is very important and can only be done by the client who sent the message via our contact form on this page. If this verification is not being performed, you might as well think that you have never received a reply from us while, in actual facts, you do have. We have verified that some ISPs (Internet Service Providers) in Switzerland offer one or more free email accounts along with their services, however, their spam filters are incorrectly set, something which will prevent you from receiving our reply to your initial enquiry. In other words, due to such incorrect settings, incoming e-mails are mismatched and deemed as junk (and therefore sent directly to the spambox of the receiving e-mail account or, worse, deleted before delivery), when in actual facts they are not junk e-mails at all. Spam filter settings are managed directly by the ISP that provides the e-mail service and there is no way for the customers of those ISPs to realize about the problem, if not indirectly and in a late manner, when by now “damage is done” (i.e.: when you have turned to others because you have mistakenly believed that you never received a reply from us).
One of these ISPs with incorrect spam filter settings in particular, has shown itself to suffer from these problems a lot (something which is totally unacceptable if we consider we are talking about one of the most expensive ISPs on the Swiss market !!).
In order to avoid further inconvenience, we invite all of our potential customers to always provide a contact phone number in their e-mail enquiry.
